RS2 is designed to be used with any commode system or can be used directly on the ground in wilderness situations.
The RS2 uses a patented “triple layer barrier” bag within a bag design to safely contain and neutralize human waste and utilizes the same polymers and enzymes used in the RS1. Ample toilet paper and a moist antimicrobial wipe are included.
This product uses waste activated gelling to breakdown waste within the waste bag.

*Disposing of Human Waste in the Moab Area*
Whenever possible, use developed toilet facilities. When developed facilities are not available, all solid waste should be packed out in approved waste bags. Human waste is a serious health issue in the backcountry. To make carrying out human waste easy and safe, the use of a W.A.G. bag (Waste Alleviation and Gelling Bags) is recommended. W.A.G. Bags are spill proof, puncture proof and zipper closed. W.A.G. Bags must be disposed of in W.A.G. Bag equipped locations in Moab (see yellow sticker with QR code on locations around Moab to dispose of human waste).
